-You will be able to track your order through the information we provide when your goods are shipped. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance procedures.

-We are not responsible for damaged/lost packages or errors in the fault of these carriers. In these situations, we will be happy to take up the matter with the carrier to help you obtain your package or compensation. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


-International packages are shipped via DHL EXPRESS.

-The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.

International orders are not eligible for flat-rate returns, the customer is responsible for returning any items for a refund.
